Planning, control and implementation of projects in the field of organisational development, digitalization and process optimization Coordination of construction and modernisation measures (e.g. spatial concepts, equipment, technical infrastructure) Creation of project plans, budget calculations and risk analyses Budget monitoring, scheduling and reporting Documentation, evaluation and quality assurance of project progress Support and possibly project management in the introduction of new supply models and digital applications Preparation and implementation of billing training, meetings and presentations Interface management between medical, nursing and administrative staff Continuous optimization of existing processes and structures Support of three Polyclinic sites: Fehmarn, Heiligenhafen and Eutin

Complete studies in the field of health management, business management or comparable qualifications such as trained MFA with further education Professional experience in project management, ideally in healthcare or in medical facilities Structured, independent operation and high communication capability Organisational skills, high self-initiative and sense of responsibility Knowledge of health law, data protection and quality management are advantageous Readiness to travel throughout Germany Due to the location support, a residence in Hamburg or surroundings would be advantageous Analytical, strategic and solution-oriented thinking as well as a structured way of working
