Working Student SAP HCM - Development and Innovative Projects (m/f/d)

In addition, our team „HR Cloud Services“ consists of 13 nice colleagues - as a competent partner of the personnel divisions within the Otto Group, we support process analysis and drive ambitious and innovative both the automation and the digital transformation of HR business processes based on the latest technologies and platforms. Many speak of “Homeoffice” – we are talking about “Mobile Work”: Our team is always on site on Tuesdays. On all other days, each person decides for himself, from where the tasks can best be done.

Innovative projects for the digitization and automation of HR processes with focus on SAP HCM. Your focus is on the further development of our SAP HCM system, especially in the field of applicant and talent management. Creation of documentation and training documents for SAP HCM applications. You support the analysis of HR processes and identify optimization potentials in the SAP HCM environment. Active introduction of suggestions to improve user experience and efficiency in the SAP HCM environment. You work closely with the HR department and IT department to ensure smooth operation of the SAP HCM system. Training assignment planning and coordination in the SAP HCM. Together with the team, you design the conception and implementation of new functionalities in the SAP HCM system. Conducting tests and quality assurance in the SAP HCM system. Last but not least, you also perform administrative tasks in the SAP HCM environment.

Must-Haves: You are a registered student*in in the (economic) informatics, business or comparable studies and can support us at least 1 year for 15-18 hours a week. You have knowledge of programming languages and architectures based on which you work with our help into the SAP world. You are interested in personal themes and processes and are characterized by your analytical, communicative and independent way. Language level: German C1 (specialized language use), English B1 (contested language use).

Nice-to-Have: Ideally, you already have first SAP knowledge.
