For example, you help with the installation and installation of our programs by TeamViewer and answer support requests by phone or e-mail – support our customers: so at any time with advice and action. You will advise our customers in selecting the appropriate solutions (software, web services and online applications) and, if necessary, the necessary hardware. Depending on the interest, you have a variety of possibilities to not only accompany the quality assurance and further development of our accounting systems, but to actively shape them. For example, you can prepare technical requirements or new ideas for software development and introduce them into projects. You and your team facilitate the daily routine tasks with self-developed programs and work with our software delivery and installation tools. You collect orders and collect invoices for the products and solutions we provide. You work closely with colleagues from the outset: inside the team. You will be thoroughly involved and receive support at any time.

You have a successfully completed vocational training in the IT or commercial sector or a comparable qualification. You have the pleasure of customer contact and can easily and understand technical facts. Consultancy and a friendly appearance complete your profile. You ideally have programming skills, but these are not a prerequisite.
