Asklepios has set up a corporate agency which will support all tenders in the Group in the medium term. The individual award procedures (construction, supply and service contracts as well as freelance services) are carried out in close cooperation with the individual clinics, the relevant specialist departments and the group areas (e.g. architecture & construction, medical technology, IT). You have the opportunity to actively shape this path with your experience and expertise from the outset.

Consultation and support of the clinics, departments and group areas in advance of a procurement project on procurement strategy and process structuring Participation in the definition of the procurement project and the creation of the service description Development of procurement documents, document references, contracts and procedural documentation Preparing and implementing national and pan-European tenders for the procurement of works, supply and service contracts and freelance services Support under grant rights Support for possible award procedures and audit procedures before awarding chambers

Completed university degree in law (graduate graduate or full jurist); also professional starters (without experience in contract law) As an alternative: a comparable or similar university degree (economic lawyer, Bachelor of Laws etc.); also professional beginners (without experience in procurement law) As an alternative: experience gained in procurement law through practical work Self-responsible and targeted operation with high quality standards Willingness to incorporate into the right of gift Embossed communication skill paired with solution-oriented thinking Team spirit and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation Loadability and flexibility Safe application of relevant Microsoft Office programs
