Your tasks: Support for daily staff disposition Coordination of area-related projects Participation and support of sales, performance and price and communication measures Promoting communication between employees and other functional areas Organisation of product and sales training Competent contact for all employees in standard & financial distribution Participation in the optimisation of business processes as well as the organization of the structure and process

Requested knowledge: Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification Experience in sales or customer consulting, ideally in banking Self-employed, structured working and team spirit and openness Safe handling of common IT systems and bank-specific software
