Psychological psychotherapists as head of the Forensic Outpatient Clinic (m/f/d)

The core of your role is to ensure the professional care of our clients: females in the therapist ambulance – your activity thus has direct relevance for the protection of victims, the resocialization of criminals and the safety of our society. As a manager, you will lead the team on site, design professional exchange (Journal Club, interdisciplinary Intervision) and responsible for organizational processes such as the service, holiday and training planning, as well as the intervision of employees and PPIAs. In total responsibility for the clients of the Cottbusser Forensic Ambulance, you control the treatment processes, including risk prognostics, psychodiagnostics and a structured reporting system together with your therapeutic employees. You apply sound risk management and direct the interdisciplinary case meetings. In criminal therapeutic treatment, you care for a few clients: in person and perform psycho- and criminal therapeutic individual, if necessary. Group meetings. Evaluate with current technical and social developments You are actively promoting their conceptual development. In addition, you actively represent the specialist ambulance in networks, in cooperation partners and bodies and introduce your expertise or experience in lectures.

Graduate in Psychology (Master or Diploma in Psychology) and an Approbation as Psychological:r Psychotherapist:in Clinical practice, well-founded forensic knowledge and safety in dealing with the clientele of our specialist ambulance. Ideally experience in team management and therapeutic management driving licence class B High sense of responsibility, commitment and an independent, structured and proactive approach Team spirit, pronounced social competence and a communication style that is both sovereign and sensitive
