Group Leader Global Collaboration Solutions (m/f/d)

Together with your 10-member team, you design and manage the company-wide collaboration ecosystem – from Google Workspace to Intranet and knowledge platforms to project management tools – and develop it strategically. With clear leadership responsibility, you continuously empower your team and position it as a key enabler for digital collaboration across the company. As an “evangelist:in” you drive global change management ahead: you develop best practices, convincingly convey the benefits of new working methods and actively promote the acceptance of platforms at global level. You follow the development of modern collaboration tools and drive innovative solutions together with your team (such as AI, future-oriented meeting technologies or project management) to set up the digital working environment at Kärcher in a future-proof manner. You work closely with departments, internal corporate communication, HR and other IT teams to understand the requirements for digital cooperation and to translate them into tailor-made scalable solutions.

A successfully completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional and leadership experience in the field of “Digital Workplace”, “Digital Solutions” or “Collaboration”. Alternatively, you have proven yourself as a senior project manager: in extensive, global workplace or collaboration rollouts. A motivating, integrative leader who understands leading a highly technical team to strategic goals and establishing a culture of self-responsibility and continuous improvement. Deep knowledge of modern collaboration platforms (preferably Google Workspace or M365), coupled with a good understanding of the underlying IT concepts such as mail routing, encryption or security. A strong sense of user-friendliness and the “Employee Experience” - You think from the perspective of the benefiters and want to make their daily work easier. Very good English and good German skills.
