Senior Product Marketing Manager PRO-Audio (m/f/d)

Campaign management: You develop and manage international go-to-market, product launch and marketing campaigns for the PRO Audio product range – from strategic conception to operational implementation to success measurement. Target groups & positioning: In cooperation with the product management, you develop target group strategies, answer the positioning of products and guide marketing and go-to-market strategies for relevant product categories. Market analysis: You identify market trends, analyze competitors and customer needs, and guide action recommendations for marketing strategy. Content & Advertising: You first, rework and coordinate print, moving and online advertising in close coordination with the internal graphics department and external agencies. Responsibility: You are responsible for strategic projects and drive their implementation from conception to successful completion. Partner marketing: You develop marketing activities together with international market partners and support their successful implementation. Events & trade fairs: You plan, coordinate and accompany trade fair appearances as well as relevant community events and ensure their successful marketing. Teamwork: You work closely with internal teams to successfully implement projects and campaigns.

Qualification: You have a degree in business management with a focus on marketing, communication or comparable training. Market understanding: You have a relevant market understanding and know competitors in the area of PRO-Audio. Professional experience: You have at least 8 years of professional experience in marketing management, ideally in the PRO audio environment. You will also be drawing attention through a deep understanding of professional audio technology and the markets for live sound, recording, broadcast and related applications. Trend and market sense: You have a very good feeling for trends, target groups and customer needs. Working method: You are characterized by a structured, independent and result-oriented approach with a pronounced “get-things-done” attitude. Soft Skills: A high self-initiative, pronounced communication skills and a pleasure in building and design are the key to you. Language knowledge: Very good German and English skills complete your profile.
