Training contents

Get to know the basics: You learn basics about work safety, environmental protection, digitalization, technical communication, material science and planning and organization of work processes Understanding supply: You will learn how to build and function gas and water supply networks. Mounting pipe systems: Theoretical knowledge is given to you in the professional assembly of pipelines, house connections, shaped pieces and fittings. Read technical plans: Read pipeline and assembly plans, record pipeline profiles, create isometric sketches and plan workflows including material disposition. Testing systems: You can perform tightness, pressure and function tests on pipeline systems and assess measurement results.

Practical phases

Get to know the gas and water network in practice: During the current network operation, you can work together to get to know the technical processes and relationships of a safe and reliable gas and water supply. As well as the related technical installations. Build and maintain lines and house connections: You can participate in the installation, assembly and maintenance of main lines and house connections. Support network conversions and disturbances: In network conversions and disorders, you will support, systematically understand technical disturbances and help restore secure and reliable network operation. You have at least one good primary school degree and are interested in technology and craftsmanship. Craft skills and technical understanding are your strengths. You also bring spatial imagination.
