Production control and performance analysis Analysis of production performance using central KPIs (productivity, committee, setup times etc.) Continuous monitoring of production costs (material, wage, hours) deriving and accompanying measures to increase efficiency Creation and development of Shopfloor reports and dashboards Implementation of target-actual comparisons and deviation analyses in close coordination with the responsible persons Cost center & inventory controlling Analysis and control of production costs and internal performance calculations Costing and recalculation of production orders Assessment and monitoring of stocks including range and envelope analyses Capex Controlling & Investment Projects Assessment and plausibility of investment projects Creation of cost-effectiveness and ROI calculations Support in decision-making and monitoring budget management Planning, Forecast & Monthly Working with Budget Planning and Rolling Forecasts for Production Support for the monthly accounts (conditions, provisions, delimitations) Close cooperation with production, maintenance, purchasing and finance

A study of business, economic engineering or a comparable qualification – alternatively several years of experience in factory or production controlling Ideally experience in single or small series production Safe handling of economic analysis and investment calculations Very good knowledge in MS Excel as well as experience with ERP systems (e.g. ProAlpha) Analytical thinking, high number affinity and good process understanding Structured working, team orientation and strong communication skills Very good German and good English skills
