Corporate Housekeeping and Entity Management support Preparation and tracking of entries in the transparency register as well as support for UBO and compliance-relevant messages Creation, revision and management of company decisions, authorisations and other company law documents Compilation and preparation of documents for authorities, notaries, auditors and external consultants Maintenance and updating of company and participation data Supporting internal stakeholders for corporate and administrative issues Research and preparation of legal and economic facts Support in the digitization and optimization of legal operation processes General administrative support of the Legal Corporate Team

Education: Studying a legal or economic direction Competence: Good understanding of economic relationships and risk awareness Own-responsible, structured, careful and organised procedures You control the common office tools Language knowledge: English knowledge in word and writing Personality: team skills, flexibility and commitment
