As an expert (m/w/d) Responsible for Contract Management - Mechanical in Procurement & Subcontract Management You are technically demanding work packages with a focus on Mechanical over the entire project life cycle, from the supply phase to the execution to the project conclusion. Be part of our diverse and international team and actively participate in innovative major projects! We will now look for you for our projects in Germany. Your tasks in detail: Total responsibility for the tendering, negotiation, awarding and settlement of works and supply contracts in the multi-digit million euro area Commercial evaluation of the after-contractor offers and preparation of sound award recommendations Negotiation and conclusion of contracts Commercial settlement of subcontractors Monitoring and control of the performance of subcontractors Identification of risks and performance deviations through predictive planning and close communication Examination, assessment and settlement of claims Close cooperation with the project management and internal specialist departments to ensure smooth project execution Continuously optimizing processes through regular feedback and the implementation of Lessons Learned Regular reporting to Project Procurement Manager

Complete studies in the field of economics, engineering or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in the project business, preferably in the construction or plant engineering industry Funded knowledge in the field of Mechanical e.g. heating, ventilation and air conditioning, wastewater technology Understanding project execution models (EPC, EPCM, etc.) of advantage Very good IT skills, especially MS Office and ERP systems (ideally SAP S4 / HANA, SAP ARIBA, RIB iTWO) Knowledge of dealing with contracts according to VOB, BGB or HOAI desirable German language skills and good English skills in word and writing Flexibility and willingness to service trips and construction sites within Germany High communication strength and loadability Efforts to make decisions, openness to change and strong social competence and a solution-oriented approach
