Traditionally we are anchored in youth education and in the wood sector. Our basis was the boat building, which we continue to offer as the only educational institution in Germany, as a retraining profession. In addition, we are active in the fields of carpenters, hairdressers and electronics. Our target group now includes both young people and adults. We have a broad portfolio of coaching and training courses as well as language and initial orientation courses

The youth at work gGmbH intends to occupy the following position:

Up to 1 x 0.75 job (with 30 hours per week) as an instructor for retraining hairdresser (m/w/d) in Hamburg-Harburg

Your tasks will be: 

• Coordination, planning and contact persons for TN and internal and external actors for the assigned action groups
• Creation of adapted training plans according to the training framework and the framework curriculum and their placement in the theoretical and practical learning fields
• Preparing participants for the Gesellenprüfung 1+2
• Documentation of mediated content and presences
• Evaluation of the performance and professional competences of participants
• Cooperative cooperation with the team (location management, team management, coaches, administration)
• Creation of training material
• Implementation of safety instruction
• Workshop responsibility for the department

Following knowledge and qualification requirements we ask you:

• Master's letter Hairdresser
• Replacement is a completed hairdresser training with AEVO.
