You are a contact person for staff and executives You accompany our employees from guided entry to exit from the company You create the pay bill together with our trustees You are a contact person for authorities and partners around all personal topics You create employment contracts, employment certificates, certificates You are responsible for the applicant management from the job advertisement to the candidate selection up to the implementation of job interviews and their appointment You maintain the electronic time recording system You work with the planning and organisation of employees Events and BGM measures You work in the further development / implementation of HR processes and HR instruments with You help us develop and optimise strategic HR topics You actively work with the optimization of HR processes in the HR organization and personnel management sector

You have a successfully completed commercial training with a focus on staff / personnel specialist and multi-year professional experience You have strong knowledge of labour law and social security for Switzerland and ideally also for Germany You are a team player with good communication and organizational ability Self-employed, reliable and structured work You bring high social competence, sense of responsibility and discretion Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office applications and high IT affinity
