For a well-established building technology company with around 50 employees, we are looking for an experienced (senior) project manager TGA (m/w/d) with a focus on SHK / utilisation technology, which plays a key role in the company in the medium term.

The company plans and implements industrially demanding large-scale public construction projects throughout Germany, including well-known contractors, general contractors and institutional builders. The projects are consciously moving outside the traditional private housing and thus offer an exceptionally stable and long-term safe environment.

It is not a purely administrative function, but a personality with technical depth, self-responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking.

Your role You gradually take responsibility for the company's major projects and work closely with the management. Perspectively you grow into a leading operational role and become the central contact for complex projects, customers and internal teams.

Enjoy a high degree of freedom: You can organize yourself for four days a week – from the home office, on the go on projects or on-site project partners. Only on Fridays the entire company meets for the joint team and project meeting in Emsland.

However, this freedom only works with people who really accept responsibility. Therefore, someone who does not “manage” projects, but actively drives, makes decisions and is willing to take responsibility even if projects are challenging.

Responsible management of technically demanding TGA large-scale projects focusing on SHK / Supply Technology Control of all project-related processes from planning to implementation Direct contact for contractors, general contractors, contractors and external planning offices Participation in project dates, construction site visits and votes throughout Germany Leadership and coordination of internal project teams and external partners Technical and economic responsibility for your projects Close cooperation with the management as part of a long-term operational handover of the entire project responsibility

Multiannual experience (5 years +) in project management within the technical building equipment (TGA) Focus on SHK / Supply Technology / Building Technology Experience in handling larger construction projects and professional project partners Technical, master or engineering degree in the field of SHK, utility technology, building technology or comparable First experience in managing or coordinating project teams Structured and independent functioning as well as high reliability and professional appearance Readiness for project-related dates within (North) Germany
