A task that challenges

We want to bring learning to the next level at the Bayernwerk and for our external customers. Therefore, we need you as an e-learning manager:in for our team digital learning, which in cooperation with other units simply creates strong, effective and exciting learning experiences. At this point as e-learning manager:in (m/w/d) in parental leave, you will jointly design the energy future with us.

You plan, coordinate and implement e-learning projects. To do this, you identify training needs and formulate concept proposals in coordination with the internal department. In the creation of learning travels and formats, you advise commissioners mediendidactic and media technology and implement individual projects independently in the author's tool.

With your communicative nature and implementation strength, you can tune with different stakeholders, including the departments for digital learning, the client and the employees.

In addition, you support training management in the Learning Management System.
