Teamleitung Payroll (m/w/d)

In order to strengthen the HR team, we are looking for an experienced and committed team lead Payroll (m/w/d) for our customers from the chemical industry at the next possible time! In this responsible position, you take over the leadership of a competent team and are the central contact person for all topics relating to pay billing and time management for 4 production sites as well as the headquarters (total of 1500 employees).

Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of four employees Coordination, control and further development of the SAP-based pay accounting and time management system Contact persons for internal and external audits (e.g. pay tax outside audits, social security, audits) Close cooperation with HR Business partners at all locations, in particular with questions about shift and day-shift models Ensuring the correct implementation of changes in wage, absentee and pay optimization in the SAP-HR system Support and maintenance of relevant interfaces to internal and external systems and service providers Responsibility for HR data reports as part of the annual financial statements (e.g. provisions, corporate car management, bonus payments) Creation of monthly billing data, social security and pay tax declarations and statutory statistics Support in the development of new business agreements and HR principles

Completed commercial training or study with a focus on staff, finance or comparable Multiannual professional experience in payroll accounting and time economy, in the manufacturing industry In-depth knowledge in the handling of SAP-HR (PA, PY, PT), in particular in the mapping of shift systems, working time models and collective agreements (ideally chemical collective agreement) Very good knowledge of employment, social security and collective agreement law Experience in the supervision of audits and audits Embossed communication skills, team orientation and structured working German and very good English knowledge in word and writing
