Financial Accountant (m/w/d)

Debitor and creditor accounting: Examination and settlement of invoices and settlement with orders (instead of shipping documents).

Ensuring smooth payment and liquidity planning.

Monitoring and clarification of OPOS lists (Creditors and Debitors).

Asset and risk management: Efficient dunisation and debt collection management.

Requirement and booking of credits and debits.

NEW: Recording and reporting of key figures for controlling.

Project and contract administration: Participation in the production of monthly and quarterly accounts (instead of initial invoices with KWP).

Creating accompanying calculations to support projects.

NEW: Support for investment accounting (low-value assets).

Administrative & Compliance processes: settlement of the guarantee and security management.

Management of subcontractors (e.g. exemption certificates).

Contact person for tax advisors and auditors (instead of requesting certificates from the tax office).

Completed commercial training (e.g. as a tax specialist, industrial businessman with a focus on accounting) or an economic study with a focus on finance/controlling.

Multiannual professional experience (min. 3 years) in financial accounting – ideally in a position with a wide range of tasks (creditors, debitors, Mahnwesen).

A further training on the financial account holder (IHK) or account holder (IHK) (required, depending on the complexity of the accounts).

Finded knowledge in the HGB (trade law book) and common accounting regulations.

Secure handling of accounting software (e.g. DATEV or SAP FI) as well as very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel (for liquidity planning and calculations).

Knowledge of payment transactions (SEPA procedures) and liquidity determination

Experience in the handling of subcontractors (e.g. exemption certificates) and guarantees is advantageous.
