Welcome to Allianz

We are looking for you as a dual master student (m/w/d) for our team in Munich at the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).

Design the digital future of Allianz with us! Our department is divided into two departments: ''Information Security Management'' is responsible for the protection of information and digital infrastructure for the operating companies of Allianz in Germany. ''Technical support'' ensures legitimation management and on-site support at the German locations.

We take a key role in the further development of our IT landscape, in innovation projects and in the use of artificial intelligence.

In your role, you actively support our staff team and take direct responsibility.

In addition to exciting topics and a collegial meeting, we encourage you and your development. During our team you will complete a two-year, professional-integrated Master degree at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), the Graduate School for Leadership & Management of Steinbeis High School.

This is what we expect as a dual master with the SIBE: Chief Information Security Officer staff (m/w/d)

You work directly with the CISO and department manager at the staff and actively engage in strategic topics of top management with You are active in creating and preparing decision templates, analyses and management reports You organize and coordinate bodies, events and other formats You have the chance to independently take over and drive project tasks and key topics With us you meet a culture that actively promotes your own ideas, proactive action and real design playroom

As a dual master, you bring this with the SIBE: Chief Information Security Officer (m/w/d)

Successfully completed bachelor studies (e.g. economics, business informatics, computer science or comparable). Applications from other disciplines are expressly welcome if you bring enthusiasm and willingness to learn for our topics Safe handling of Microsoft Office as well as very good German and English skills in word and writing You are very well organized, proactive and like to work independently in a collegial team. It also gives you the pleasure to work in a dynamic environment and take responsibility Communication strength across all hierarchical levels as well as the ability to control several topics in parallel and to complete them independently High curiosity and motivation to work into new topics. Ideally, you have already gained experience in project management, process analysis or an Executive Office Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal chatGPT
