Advice and introduction of industry-specific and/or technological know-how in the sales process, the business plan and in complex customer projects in the ServiceNow environment Recording and safe evaluation of functional and non-functional requirements Requirements analysis with regard to technical design and implementation with ServiceNow Implementation and configuration of ServiceNow solutions in compliance with best practices Development and Review of Architecture Concepts for ServiceNow Product and Project Solutions Consulting ServiceNow customers in the specification of solutions and the development of a specification For more information see: OSNow

Good knowledge of JavaScript, desirable HTML, CSS or another programming language Knowledge in ServiceNow (min. Certified System Administrator, desirable Certified Implementation Specialist (m/w/d) in a further area) Multiannual professional experience, ideally practical experience in IT or organization projects Ideally completed university studies, alternatively completed vocational training or comparable degree with adequate professional experience Professional experience with ITIL standards or BPMN desirable Systematic, structured working and professional, empathic appearance supplemented with good communicative skills High cooperation, team and conflictability Good expressive and presentation capability German and English skills
