Requirements Management: Collection, structuring and prioritization of professional requirements of stakeholders from performance and translation towards IT Product development: Accompanying design and development phases in interdisciplinary teams from sports and IT Stakeholder Management: Close cooperation with the technical product owner and implementation of workshops or user interviews Quality Assurance & Introduction: Ensuring a high standard in the implementation of sport-related requirements and accompanying the introduction of new product features

Complete studies in the field of business management, sports management or related fields Professional experience in (digital) product management in performance sports to manage projects taking into account time, scope and budget Understanding performance and excellence (e.g. through practical experience) Knowledge of the creation of presentations and decision-making templates for management and the design and implementation of workshops Very good knowledge of English and German in word and writing
