Dairy master as shift supervisor / shift supervisor (m/f/d)

As a shift master (m/w/d), you are responsible for ensuring an efficient, cost-oriented and qualitatively flawless production process at Aretsried, and control this by monitoring plants and employees, maintaining quality standards, continuous production supply, and introducing corrective measures. In the event of a malfunction or in the event of a target-actual deviation, you assume the overall responsibility for all the processes that take place and make the necessary decisions to maintain production in close cooperation with colleagues in technology and production planning. In demand analyses and the planning of time windows for maintenance and maintenance, you are also involved in the coordination of out-plan maintenance. You actively contribute to the continuous optimization of production processes and the availability to improve productivity, and initiate CS operations after coordination with the relevant Head of Division. In cooperation with other departments, such as factory protection, occupational safety or quality management, you are actively involved in projects and activities on process improvements, shortcomings, new product development etc. Your task will be completed by training employees and implementing external and internal regulations, directives and safeguards to ensure smooth production.

You have completed a successfully completed training for the dairy master (m/w/d) or dairy technician (m/w/d), and can present at least 5 years of professional experience in a dairy farm. In addition to a pronounced technical understanding, you are distinguished by a high quality and hygiene awareness, as well as a structured and result-oriented way of working. You are communicative, powerful and active team players. You are ready for shift work in our fully continuous shift system over all days of the week.
