You are part of the STACKIT Cyber Security and responsible for the security of our cloud applications. Your expertise in areas such as Cloud Security Architecture, Threat Modelling and Security Automation is essential for protecting our sensitive data and systems.

Your tasks

• You are a lead engineer of a security team in a high-perform cloud platform
• Ensure efficient automation and continuous optimization of technical processes
• You run Threat Hunting and start using cases based on cloud log data to connect to our SIEM
• You already have deep experience in security engineering of Linux systems
• You significantly shape the security of the cloud platform
• You take care of the selection and maintenance of Security Software for Cloud Technologies
• You support teams in developing secure cloud services
• You are part of a motivated team that strives for improvements at any time and continuously develops (and products)

Your profile

• “Security by Design” is your life setting
• You bring the passion and enthusiasm for new technologies and topics around Linux, OpenSource and Kubernetes
• You have deep experience in cloud security architectures
• You convince us with your script and programming experience, especially in Golang, Python and Bash
• You have experiences with virtualization and containerization environments
• You have good knowledge of German and English
