Creation and maintenance of free-form programs for CNC milling, CNC turning and CNC drilling machines, central (ZSB) and transportable (TBF) machining centres as well as mechanical machining centers, including fixing of workpiece position, definition of reference points and selection of suitable tools for the respective components Procurement, development and management of the tools required for the components, programming of the individual processing steps, transfer of the programs to the respective machines and archived storage in a uniform, easily retrieved structure, which allows reuse for similar parts Creation of consistent program structures so that different programs have the same build-up logic as well as definition and management of framework agreements for external programming determining the optimal machining sequence taking into account the required tolerances and with the aim of minimizing the clamping operations; carrying out the handling (positioning, tools, alignment, clamping) and testing of the processing for the respective components Operation and integration of DZA, SAP and Hydra systems within the entire planning, programming and production processes

Complete vocational training and several years of professional experience in the field of mechanical processing and sound knowledge in the programming of CNC machines Safe handling of the computer systems and programming languages relevant to the tasks, including the creation and maintenance of production programs Ability to provide technical guidance and support for colleagues, with deep material knowledge (e.g. processing speeds, special materials) being assumed Willingness to continue further training in the field of mechanical production and programming to apply current technologies and methods competently
