Dual study program AI Management and Digitalization (B.Sc.) / Focus on AI & Process Automation

You are studying at our partner university, the accadis University of Applied Sciences Bad Homburg, in the study course AI Management and Digitalization (B.Sc.). During the 3,5-year dual study period, you will gain both basic knowledge of IT and AI as well as deepening and practical insights into many areas around the topic of Artificial Intelligence and Digitization. At the same time, you will receive a well-founded practical training in the operations management of our renowned investment house. The Operations division sees itself as a central designer of efficient, more stable and regulatoryly consistent business processes of the FERI Group. In addition to the analysis, documentation and further development of operational processes, the focus is on the targeted use of AI-based solutions, automations and digital workflows to optimize processes in data transmission. The aim is not only to develop AI, but to control its meaningful, responsible use in the company, to support operational teams and to develop the business models of the FERI Group in a sustainable manner. DISCLOSURE Cooperation in the design and implementation of AI agents and agentic workflows to support operational processes Analysis of existing processes and identification of automation, digitization and efficiency potentials Creation of process representations, checklists, SOP drafts, pre-analysis and decision templates Support for data processing, data quality testing and control routines to ensure reliable operational data Accompanying implementation projects at the interface between technology and expertise (e.g. Power Automate, AI prototypes) Prototyping of own small automations including simple test scenarios Support in stakeholder management (vote, feedback, documentation) Participation in AI governance and compliance issues, including in the context of the AI Act, EFAMA‐KI tools or DORA

General or subject-bound university maturity Additional completed commercial or IT-related training of advantage IT affinity and first experiences with AI are advantageous Basic understanding of data structures & processes English (at least B2-level) Structured, independent and independent work Communication and team skills Readiness and flexibility
