Support us from the next time – unlimited and with 39 hours/where. Head of Controlling (w/m/d) You are responsible for the strategic and operational control of the controlling.

You take over the strategic and operational management of the Controlling Department, including the management and development of the employees. You control and monitor economic planning, budget management and ongoing monitoring of costs and earnings development in coordination with the financial management. You ensure the implementation of the overall control tasks and intensively integrate the operational control areas. You are responsible for the design, implementation and control of a business, financial and personal reporting system. You take over the management of controlling projects, the continuous development of controlling instruments and key figures systems, as well as the further development of the BI tool. You check the security and compliance of legal and association requirements, standards and regulations. You control the combined risk management process. You are responsible for special economic evaluations, analyses and statistics.

Graduate degree in Business Administration (Diplom / MBA), Financial or Business Mathematics or Comparative Qualification with focus on Business Control/Controlling, Internal Auditing and/or Auditing / Auditing Multiannual professional and leadership experience in controlling, ideally in the social economy Confidentiality with the relevant procedures of payment rate calculation and application Experiences with budgeting and business management processes Ability to guide and with management forces Business skills Embossed skills for interdisciplinary communication Result-oriented work and team skills Identification with the tasks, objectives, values of the Caritasverband Köln
