You work closely with the current Justitiarin and gradually take over challenging legal tasks. These include in particular: legal advice on the management, the Bureau and other bodies of associations in all legal matters arising; legal advice of our members in a wide range of occupational issues, with particular emphasis on medical, work, contract doctor and professional law; processing of basic medical and health issues; the scientific work-up of complex legal developments and the development of sound opinions, opinions and expert contributions; participation in guidelines, recommendations, model contracts and interdisciplinary agreements; monitoring of legislation, case-law and professional policy developments and their preparation for our members and bodies; preparation and monitoring of committee meetings including participation in committee meetings; design and implementation of legal lectures and training events for doctors; active participation in legal policy issues in healthcare.

You are a full lawyer (m/w/d) with an above-average legal understanding and joy in solving complex issues scientifically and at the same time practice-oriented. Ideally, you are bringing several years of professional experience in the healthcare sector or a medical environment, for example in a law firm, a hospital, a healthcare corporation, a chamber, a professional association or a comparable institution. You ideally have deeper knowledge of medical and labour law and are interested in continuously expanding your knowledge in adjacent legal areas. A specialist attorney's office is advantageous, but no requirement. In addition, you can analytical thinking and the ability to explain complex legal contexts; the joy of scientific work and the creation of legal publications; interest in health issues; safe occurrence and pronounced communication capability; negotiating skills and the ability to bring together different interests in a solution-oriented manner; independent, structured and careful operation; Willingness to take responsibility and develop into a management function in the long term.
