System Administrator - ERP / IT Infrastructure (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, with a special focus on the technical support of our ERP system. As a central contact for all IT questions, you will consult our departments, support ERP key users and manage cooperation with our external IT service provider. You manage the entire life cycle of our hardware and software – from procurement and license management to the establishment of user accounts and permissions. You actively participate in the planning and implementation of IT projects to continuously optimize our system landscape and digital business processes. You ensure IT security and system availability, are responsible for data protection and maintain the related technical documentation.

You have completed training in IT (e.g. as a specialist in system integration), a computer science study or a comparable qualification. You bring professional experience in IT administration as well as good knowledge of Microsoft environments, networks and common IT infrastructures. Experiences in handling ERP systems are a clear plus, but no compelling prerequisite. As a strong team player with an independent and solution-oriented approach, you are a reliable partner for colleagues and external service providers. You communicate fluently in German (C1 level) to ensure smooth exchange.
