Conception, planning, design planning and construction applications of exciting residential and commercial projects as well as quarter developments and competitions Ensuring high-quality architecture while at the same time making economic Active participation in internal coordination and interface communications, as well as independent graphical implementation of the agreements with Statikern, Bauphysikern, TGA-Planern and Fire Protection Experts Cooperation in the project team with the colleagues of the project management, work preparation, construction management, customer consulting and calculation in coordination with the project development or the branch management Support for the development of new building plans

Complete architectural studies, technical studies in the building industry or a comparable qualification, ideally with design permission Multiannual professional experience in planning for project developers and contractors Safe handling of the BauGB, BauNVO, LBO (mainly NRW and Lower Saxony) as well as the basics of planning law Extensive understanding of economic, design and efficient planning Knowledge of common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ideally in Allplan (Nemetschek) and Revit Ideally practical experience in execution and detail planning (LPH 5) Individual initiative, openness, team capacity and commitment German knowledge of C1 level is required for this position
