Specialist Coordinator and Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for the company-wide occupational safety, in compliance with all relevant national occupational safety laws, regulations and directives You actively contribute your knowledge to the maintenance and further development of the existing occupational safety management system and are contact persons (m/w/d) for all employees in matters of occupational safety You support the internal agents (for security; hazardous substances; Biomaterials/hygiene; radiation protection) and managers in implementing the legal requirements and creating the required location-related documents such as risk assessments; lists of hazardous substances and biological agents; Operating instructions etc. You ensure the cross-site detection and statistical evaluation of key figures on accidents at work You organize and coordinate the safety and medical care by external service providers Embedded in the Process Excellence area, you support the analysis, evaluation and monitoring of the optimization processes with the data basis of work safety Create and maintain central documents You organise and conduct independent training

(m/w/d) for occupational safety or are ready to acquire this qualification and have successfully completed training in a technical/scientific field You ideally have extensive knowledge of the implementation of risk assessment and surveying on mental stress at work You bring a high interest in the current national safety laws, regulations and directives with In addition, you have a quick understanding and an independent, responsible and targeted way of working. You are willing to help shape changes and implement and develop new processes Safe appearance and the pleasure of handling data and people round off your profile You have the willingness to travel regularly within the scope of activity (on average 1–2 days per week)
