For our team Media Coordination, we are looking for a*n Team Lead (m/w/d) in full time at the Berlin site at the next possible time.

With your team you are responsible for ordering order productions (illustration, audio, video, photo) and individual licenses for private and institutional rights providers and work at the intersection of editors and licensing agencies. As a team lead, you are looking for easy and transparent media procurement processes. For questions about copyright, process design and new technologies (e.g. AI), you will be up to date. To do this, you develop efficient, number-based work structures in the team, keep the appearance dates in mind and present KPI reports to all stakeholders As a team leader, you are constantly developing your team (currently 11 employees) to an operating unit. You actively participate in the implementation of projects for media procurement needs and in the further development of our editorial, asset and rights management systems.

You have a completed study or a comparable training with a process and/or legal focus and brings very good knowledge of licensing and copyright. You also have relevant professional experience in a media procurement/process management publishing house and at least. 5 years in leadership experience.
