Are you burning for the strategic and operational design of future-oriented HR landscapes according to corporate acquisitions? Then the integrative backbone of our HR team will control the seamless integration of new units into our HR systems, tariff landscapes and pay structures.

You're asking

Project management Post-Merger integration: You independently control the HR-side post-Merger integration of new acquisitions and anchor sustainable process adaptations. System & Structural Harmonization: You analyze, link and harmonize complex HR systems, tariff landscapes, pay structures, time economies and contract standards taking into account existing solutions. Cross-functional interface: You closely coordinate cooperation with the HR areas (operations, labour law, culture & change) as well as the IT, payroll, finance and controlling interfaces. Resource & Change Control: You efficiently control project resources and actively accompany the change management process to ensure smooth transformation. Advice & support: You advise operational executives in the newly integrated units with all integration-related HR questions.

You bring

Foundation training: You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration (BWL), Human Resources Management (HR), Labour Law or a comparable degree course. Long-term professional experience: You have over 6 to 8 years of experience in the design of different personal economic systems (tarif, pay, contract structures, time management) - preferably in different industries. Solution-oriented thinking: You think in concrete possibilities and solutions and quickly recognize essential relationships of a HR organization or HR control. System & project competence: You have good user knowledge in SAP HCM, distinct interface competence as well as detectable, excellent project management skills. Communication & negotiating strength: You convince by excellent communication at all levels of the company, presentation security, communication skills and negotiation strength. Digital working style & readiness: You work independently, efficiently and digitally (ideally with Google Workspace and use of AI tools) and bring a high nationwide readiness to travel in project periods.
