In People Solutions we are working on the future of People Services at Mercedes-Benz. Whether new working methods, digitization, change management or the use of AI, we accompany the transformation from idea to implementation and seek motivated students who want to introduce their ideas and take responsibility. These challenges include: Support for transformation and change initiatives within People Solutions Preparation of presentations, communication documents and workshop materials for different target groups Participation in the planning, preparation and preparation of workshops, exchanges and events Support in the analysis and preparation of project results, key figures and feedback Independent research on future topics such as digitalization, automation and artificial intelligence Cooperation in the development of processes, methods and cooperation within People Solutions Support of the project team in day-to-day business as well as the acquisition of own small work packages The activity can start from September 2026 and is designed for a period of six months.

Studies of economics, economic psychology, economic informatics, communications sciences, social sciences or a comparable degree programme Interest in Transformation, Digitization and Change Management Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Structured and independent operation Analytical thinking skills as well as the ability to make complex topics understandable Commitment, communication strength and joy at work in the team
