Total responsibility for product management of the Heavy Tracked Vehicles product family including budget planning and strategic development Ensuring locality and development and care of product management and portfolio processes including roadmaps and product requirements Creation and maintenance of business plans siwe of Common Baseline Roadmap Coordination with sales, development, purchasing and business development Leadership, development and training of product managers and experts including personnel responsibility Responsibility for development projects, certification planning and coordination of make-or-buy processes

Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, business management or comparable Long-standing professional experience in product management or product development Military background of advantage, for example as captain (m/w/d) Industry knowledge of defence desirable German and English knowledge in word and writing Outstanding solution orientation, stress resistance and flexibility High communication and persuasiveness as well as team orientation Standing for occasional missions
