You support us in the daily business with the following tasks: Maintenance, updating and harmonisation of our analog and digital personal files Support in general correspondence and document management Working with HR processes and administrative routine tasks Support for the time economy and master data maintenance Participation in certification Support for employees from entry to exit Support for the application process Support for training and implementation of effectiveness controls Creation and preparation of statistics and evaluations

You work structured, carefully and feel safe in handling administrative tasks. Ideally, you have first experiences in the staff sector. You are a team-ready, strong and open to working on new topics.
