Family & Board Governance: Cooperation in the analysis and optimization of management and control bodies (management and advisory board) Search for best practice models for governance structures in family business Family Succession: Support in the design and implementation of follow-up schedules Creation of presentations and decision templates in the context of Succession Management for family businesses Strategizing & Organizational Development: Support in the development and evaluation of strategies in the upper middle Working with developing concepts for organisational development and monitoring change processes Transformation & Leadership: Working with the design and organisation of workshops in the context of entrepreneurial transformation & leadership Support in the analysis of management structures and cultures in family businesses

You study business or economics, strategic management or a comparable degree course and are at least in the 4th semester of your Bachelor's degree or in a Gap Year Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in a company consulting, a family business or in-house consulting You bring a great number affinity and are well familiar with the common Microsoft Office applications You have great interest in strategic and organizational issues as well as for digital transformation and new technologies, especially AI You are characterized by excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high degree of self-initiative, implementation strength and a 'hands-on' mentality A strong team orientation, an open and communicative personality as well as the ability to keep an overview in a dynamic environment, complete your profile We require German knowledge of native language and fluent English skills for our project work
