You're burning for challenges?**

As a Junior AMS consultant:in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors (w/m/d) you are responsible for:

• With the help of our Training Program, you work in the processes, project methodology and SAP functionality for the SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors

• You are responsible for the remote assignment, Consultation and training of our stock customers:in the application management services.

• The Customizing, the optimization and development of SAP HCM or SuccessFactors Solutions, as well as Analysis and Action** of disturbances of SAP HCM and SuccessFactor Systems are part of your task.

• You constantly develop professionally, including through a personal coach, the use of our SAP Learning Hub and our internal training opportunities.

Convince us with your potential!

• A completed Studium of (economic) informatics, business management or comparable IT experience form the basis of your profile.

• First SAP HCM or SuccessFactor's knowledge or experience in Human Resources would be desirable.

• Your high customer and service orientation, which you can use together with Eigeninitiative and Communication strength in German and English for convincing customer support.

• You are flexible to a high degree, also for occasional operations with our local customers, and can quickly incorporate you into new facts.

<u>Note </u>: The role can be exercised exclusively at the site Bielefeld or Heidelberg.
