You are involved in the preparation of hazard assessments, operating instructions, work instructions and procedures and carry out training measures by employees. You are a construction engineer, master, polisher, or alternatively you have a comparable technical training in the construction industry with several years of professional experience as a construction manager – preferably in the areas of demolition, pollution restoration and/or disposal You have successfully completed the specialist courses according to TRGS 519, 521 and DGUV R 101-004 as well as the specialist course according to TRGS 524 Ideally, you already have practical knowledge in the application of VOB/B and in contract law High analytical thinking capability, good MS Office knowledge and the possession of the class B driving licence are also natural for you Personally, you score with team skills, enforcing capability, above-average communication capability, and with your independent and structured work Your profile is rounded off with fun at work
