Team Leader Production Control and Deputy Production Manager (m/f/d)

CONDOK's range of services includes system development and services as part of the Integrated Logistic Support. These include technical documentation, product and operational safety, logistical support for products and systems and software development for logistical data management. As a system house CONDOK develops and implements equipment and conversion measures in cabins and vehicles and performs repair services.

At the locations Kiel, Hamburg and Koblenz we support projects for the Bundeswehr and the civil industry. With our technical and logistical solutions for military and civil systems, we make a valuable contribution to ensuring the material commitment.

Manufacturing control: You plan and coordinate the daily production processes and are responsible for ensuring timeliness and quality standards. Organization and leadership: You lead the Manufacturing Control team and support the Head of Division in the organization of the department. Optimization of production: You analyze and monitor existing manufacturing processes and optimize them as needed. Head of contact*in: You coordinate and optimize the interfaces for work preparation, production, material management, development, project management and service.

You have a technical training (e.g. as an industrial engineerin, metal makerin, electricianin o.a.) with a further training as a technicianin/master*in. You bring leadership experience in manufacturing control and in the manufacturing environment as well as the ability to motivate and further develop employees. You have several years of professional experience in manufacturing companies. You have experience in building and setting up new manufacturing infrastructures and processes. You are characterized by a strong enforcement capacity. You have a good understanding of manufacturing technologies and processes.
