Your tasks:

• Installation, configuration and maintenance of systems and new hardware as well as their administration
• Administration and support of clients and servers
• Trouble analysis and troubleshooting
• Maintenance of hardware and related peripherals
• Support for migration projects and rollout plans on site with the customer

Your qualifications:

Matching qualifications

• Successfully completed training for:into the specialist informatics:in, IT system electronics:in or a study in the field of economic/informatics, etc.
• Experience in handling operating systems of Microsoft or Linux desirable
• Ideal knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange
• High service and customer orientation, communication strength and experience with ticket systems
• Good knowledge of German and English complete your profile
