As Revenue Enablement Manager (m/w/d), you play a central role in the further development of our sales and service organization. You develop scalable learning formats and ensure that our sales teams are optimally set up – from the onboarding phase to the implementation of new product and marketing initiatives. You work in the Commercial Enablement team, in close coordination with Commercial Solutions, Product Marketing and Sales & Service. Together, we ensure that our employees are not only informed, but really capable. Your tasks at a glance: Training implementation & project management: You are responsible for the planning, control and implementation of enablement projects with a focus on service and sales. You will structure training content, prioritize needs and implement operational training goals. E-learning conception & implementation: You develop digital learning formats independently – including content conception and technical implementation in our e-learning system. Your formats are targeted, scalable and practical. Go-to-Market enablement: You accompany the distributive introduction of new products, marketing campaigns and pricing initiatives – with the aim of quickly and effectively bringing knowledge to the organization. Cooperation & Interface Management: You work closely with Commercial Solutions, Product Marketing & Sales/Service Leadership – and are the key player for sales-related training initiatives. Enablement Projects: You implement specific commercial topics operationally – e.g. training formats for new customer solutions & process changes. Successfully completed studies (e.g. business, communication, pedagogy, psychology) or comparable qualification

At least 3 years of professional experience in Sales Enablement, Project Management or Learning & Development – ideally in the SaaS or Tech environment

Experience in the design and technical implementation of e-learnings and digital trainings (e.g. with authoring tools or LMS systems)

Ability to transfer sales-related topics into structured, measurable training solutions

Impressed communication skills, high self-responsibility and desire to implement projects hands-on

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
