Our mandate is a leading logistics company from the Lausitz. It operates with a fleet of about 400 units throughout Germany and abroad, controlled by several locations. It is characterized by its pioneering role in alternative drives and a young, technically modern vehicle park. The company offers structured internal career development and maintains a value-oriented culture with a strong focus on employee health and digitalization. fleet management: Total operational responsibility for the customer's fleet of vehicles (approximately 400 units: semi-trailers, jumbo, chillers, cranes, dumpers) Maintenance: Ensuring operational safety by controlling all maintenance, maintenance (TÜV, inspections) and implementing technical standards (e.g. telematics, GPS) Key figures: Active monitoring and optimization of all operating, maintenance and repair costs Tools use: Application and safe handling of modern MRP and telematic systems (such as ORTEC or Nav concept) Purchasing and Logistics: Controlling spare parts procurement and equipment for the company's own workshop, including leading price negotiations with suppliers Team management: expert and disciplined leadership of a team of 6 fleet managers and 2 back office staff Arrive: Strategic and Operational Development of Your Business Area

Completed training or studies in one of these areas: logistics / motor vehicle mechatronics / automobile businessman / administration Multiannual professional experience in the transport or logistics industry Pre-experience as fleet manager or fleet manager desirable leadership experience desired, enforcement ability should be present Safe handling of MRP and Telematics Systems Structured, decision-making and solution-oriented work
