Tasks with perspectives You are responsible for the evolutionary and agile architecture of our software solutions, and you are working with our teams in a “build-in quality” mindset and actively shape the digital future of banking in your role, enabling you to pursue your creativity and technical know-how, visionary approaches that shape the banking of tomorrow. You design our new applications using Domain-Driven Design (DDD), along with the migration of old applications into current and future environments (onPrem/Cloud) and are always in close contact with software development to ensure compliance with architecture principles and quality standards You act as a link between business, customers and stakeholders, translate requirements and communicate the general technological and architectural vision of the IT target image, whereby your ability to understand complex technical concepts contributes to sharing and implementing the common vision of all stakeholders. You validate solution approaches and proactively support the teams in the analysis, identification and specification of system and specialist requirements, system interfaces and system modeling, ensuring that our solutions are not only technically robust, but also user-friendly and appealing.

Personality with profile You have a completed study of (economic) informatics as well as many years of relevant professional experience in the architecture sector of the financial sector or a comparable qualification as well as experience in managing cross-disciplinary (partial) projects. You have extensive knowledge of modern corporate architectures and organizational concepts as well as IT management (e.g. in the context of agile portfolio management, SAFe, agile software engineering, DevOps etc.) and are familiar with OpenShift/Cloud architectures as well as underlying development paradigms (DevSecOps Mintset). You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and basic English skills. You are an enabler and Servant Leader for the development teams, which leads them through clear principles, planks and empowerment to self-organization, instead of micromanagement or to make rigid targets and can draw on concrete experiences from previous projects. You have a deeply rooted analytical curiosity and a strategic way of thinking that allows you to thoroughly penetrate complex business problems, identify patterns and develop long-term visions.
