With us you take responsibility for our furniture and door production with around 35 employees. These include machine space, pre-assembly, sliding door production and pattern construction. You will be supported by our existing team structures.

Your tasks include: You lead your employees in everyday work and regularly exchange with them – for example, performance, development or longer absences. Together with the teams, You organize and improve production processes. You provide clear priorities and well-tuned work processes. You use key figures to keep an eye on productivity, dates and quality and to initiate improvements. You use methods from Lean Management and KVP in practice and develop our production step by step. You work closely and trustfully with the factory management.

For this task, we are looking for a leadership with technical understanding and joy in organizing and developing production together with people. Technical vocational training, for example in the fields of wood engineering, mechanical engineering or production engineering. A further development to the technician, master or a comparable qualification is advantageous. First or multi-year leadership experience in a production or production – for example as team leader, layer manager, master or in a comparable function. You know the processes in one production and have a good understanding of machines, technology and production processes. You have already initiated and implemented improvements in your work area. Topics such as productivity, quality, costs and ergonomic workplace design are familiar to you from practice. You are happy to be close to production, speak directly with your employees and look for pragmatic solutions. Experiences with ERP or MES systems are helpful, but no need.
