Number: MER0003T49 In the Mercedes-Benz plant in Düsseldorf, we produce the Sprinter – one of the most successful transporter models worldwide with state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies. As a working student in the field of production/assembly, you will get exciting insights into the processes of a state-of-the-art automobile factory and support our team in operational and strategic tasks. Your tasks: Support in the planning, control and optimization of assembly processes Cooperation in the analysis of production indicators and derivation of measures Preparation of presentations, evaluations and documentation Support in implementing Lean Management and CVP projects Accompanying Shopfloor activities and coordination with the departments We offer you: Insight into a world-leading industrial company Working in a dedicated team with flat hierarchies Flexible working hours for compatibility with the study Attractive remuneration according to student rates Possibility of further development and perspective on final work or career entry The activity can begin from February 2026.

enrollment in a technical or economic study course (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production technology, BWL with focus on production) Interest in production processes and industrial production Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Self-employed, structured working and team skills Ideally first practical experience in the production environment
