You organize and plan the day-to-day and area-wide support through the everyday services. In addition, you are responsible for the purchase of food in the area of domestic business, together with the kitchen team design the menu. You are responsible for the externally assigned laundry service. You check the cleaning of the device by an external service provider as part of cleaning tags. You participate in the recruitment of staff and lead your employees to good performance.

Completed 3-year vocational training or studies in the field of domestic affairs, social work, therapy or care with the training to the master/manager (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Willingness to work on the topics relevant to the home economy and care within the framework of the concept of the living group of the Evangelical Heimstiftung Management and leadership experience Responsibility, professionalism and solution-oriented action Communication skills, team spirit and empathy
