Recruiting means working out more than just processes for you – you want to win the best talents and advance HR processes in an innovative way? In the Personnel Recovery Unit, you can expect exciting tasks with effect: from the creation of tailor-made tender texts, through the implementation of professional selection procedures to the optimization of internal processes, you can actively participate in the Candidate Journey. In cross-departmental projects, you bring your expertise, develop HR processes and actively support digital change in human resources management. Your activities are:**

• They create target group-oriented tendering texts and publish them on the appropriate channels (e.g. Jobbörses, social media, business networks).
• You plan, organize and conduct selection procedures independently in the BSI and choose the person that best fits both the task and the #TeamBSI.
• You will want to take over exciting, diverse projects for the further development of recruiting and to help shape the production of personnel in the future.
• You are important for trusting and effective cooperation with the specialist departments and staff representatives, the equality officer and the heavy-handed representative and you act accordingly.
• They support measures to improve the Candidate Journey and cross-departmental HR projects and the introduction of digital tools in human resources management.

Your profile:

• A completed study (Bachelor/FH Diploma) of the departments of Economics, Administration and Law, or a comparable discipline
• An at least two-year practical experience in human resources and project management.
• Ideally knowledge of the various areas of human resources (personal development, personal care, personal control etc.) as well as in work, tariff, and/or civil servant law.
