Disposition & Quantity Control: You accept the disposition nominations of our customers, process and follow them and control the volume movements for sea and inland waterways, boilers and stock exchanges administratively. Contract conformity: You implement the modalities laid down in stock and envelope contracts, such as tank space, envelopes and product quality, and take into account your daily work. Documentation: You create and process all delivery documents and provide the complete documentation, report and design of all administratively recorded transactions. Safety: In all planned handling activities, you will ensure that the internal and regulatory directions for the tank storage operation are maintained. Complaint management: You process product complaints in close coordination with the management, laboratories and other external service providers and customers. Maintenance & training: If you agree with other departments, you will implement changes to relevant guidelines and regulations and will participate in the professional training of trainees.

Qualification: completed training in commercial or technical fields Vocational practice: Comprehensive professional experience in the field of disposition, ideal for mineral oil Working methods: self-employed and targeted working methods and a friendly and binding occurrence Language skills: Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing IT expertise: Safe handling of MS-365 applications and know-how in Lotus Notes Interested in being part of a leading and preferred company in the field of tank storage logistics With these properties you fit well with us: Communication strength: You can convince customers on the phone and provide a clear, friendly communication.
