Your role They develop manufacturing processes for mechanical high-end precision components for EUV technology and convert them into series production

They develop technical solutions independently and across competencies with internal and external partners

They coordinate development goals and specifications and ensure their implementation

They conduct interdisciplinary project teams professionally and ensure that the project objectives are achieved

Evaluate and develop new lead edge technologies

They operate within a development network consisting of customers, internal and external partners of the high-tech industry and research institutions

a successfully completed mechanical engineering study or comparable, ideally with doctorate proven experience in the development/production of mechanical precision components, complex manufacturing processes and/or with high-precision manufacturing machines

very good knowledge in the field of mechanical manufacturing processes, especially cutting, milling, turning and eroding

an independent, creative way of working, a high understanding and analytical thinking

Joy in work as part of an interdisciplinary team in a highly dynamic environment

very good knowledge of German and English
