With our client, a medium-sized industrial company from medical technology, a position as a “Senior Product Owner Microsoft Dynamics (m/w/d)” appears at the next possible time due to a central IT transformation. The company is one of the most successful in the industry worldwide and has several production sites internationally.

In this key role, you take on professional product responsibility for ERP migration, act as a central interface between business, IT and external partners and actively manage the further development of the system landscape. In addition to the requirement management and prioritization of the Product Backlog, you are responsible for the close cooperation with the external project management as well as the control of implementation partners. At the same time, you run and develop the internal ERP team and ensure smooth integration of adjacent systems such as Data Warehouse and PIM.

Product responsibility for the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics (ERP migration) Recording, Priority and Translation of Business Requirements in User Stories Control and care of the Product Backlog and ensure business value Close cooperation with external project management and implementation partners as well as the management and further development of the internal ERP team Control of external service providers including SLA, budget and quality control Ensuring integration with Data Warehouse and PIM systems

Complete study of (economic) informatics, business management with IT focus or comparable qualification Multiannual experience as Product Owner / Lead Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics environment Found experience in ERP migrations Leadership experience as well as strong stakeholder management skills and an experienced handling of agile method skills (Scrum/Kanban), ideally with certification Very good knowledge of German and English
